Big Papa's Cookies is a cookie company with a heart!  The company began in the home kitchen of Dennis Aldridge.  Dennis began working with a youth several youth organizations including, Caring for Kids. Caring for Kids is an organization that provides needy children in Las Vegas with a backpack of food for the weekend, when they may not eat otherwise.   Working closely with charitable youth organizations, Dennis decided to combine two of his passions, making cookies and helping kids.  This has now become "Operation Vegas".  Operation Vegas is now helping Las Vegas children eat an play.
